• Core rod-heated up to 2,000 mm possible, dependent on diameter

Available versions:

• Unpolished, fabric textured, smoothly extruded or post-processed surface polished
• With or without fabric inserts
• Secondary handcrafting options possible, e.g. slots, chamfers, recesses, perforations, crown finishing
• Materials available: NR 40-85, FBM 65-180, NBR, HNBR, CR, EPDM, FKM und PU
• All materials deliverable in a broad range of color schemes
• Joined rings machine produced in a free vulcanized process, cold bonded as well as our recently added film vulcanization process (article mould required)
