EXTRUDED PROFILES and CORDS / PRODUCTION OPTIONS

We manufacture profiles and cords up to 10,000 g/m. Cross-sections are available between 3 to approx. 180 mm. Through the use of high performance automatic stamping presses almost all profile cross-sections can be produced in the required lengths.

Our dies are manufactured in-house. This enables us to respond immediately to any customer changes, corrections or modifications.

The following materials are available for processing: NR 40-85, FBM 65-180, NBR, HNBR, CR, EPDM and FKM

All materials listed above are available and deliverable in a broad range of colors.
