To date we have manufactured 12105 dies for profiles and rings, and 2004 moulds for mouldings - and still counting!

Production

Whether the object is 20 mouldings or 200 metres of o-ring cord: Fritz Wohlenberg makes its quality products in a facility covering 2000 sqm, host to a machine park made up of modern high-quality equipment.

Five state-of-the-art automated units (from Rucks) and an injection moulding press of MAPLAN are used. Fritz Wohlenberg also operates a cold/hot feed extruder plant (manufactured by Rubicon) and four conventional extruders (Bersdorf) for profile production.
