O-Ring Profile Cords

We produce profile cords in  a range from 10 g/m to 10000 g/m. The cross-section can be from 3 to approx. 180 mm. The use of high  performance automated stamping machines allows almost all profile cross-sections to be manufactured in any required length.

We manufacture the dies ourselves in-house: this means we are able to respond quickly to any changes, corrections or modifications requested by our customers. Materials worked include: NR, NBR, HNBR, CR, EPDM and FKM.

We are able to supply all qualities in a range of colours.
